The Bay of Mattinata and that of Mattinatella, Baia dei Mergoli, the valley of Vignanotica: the coast of Mattinata is an alternation of inlets and rocks plunging into the sea. In summer, life moves to the water — sailing, kayaking, snorkelling, dawns over the Faraglioni.

Extra virgin olive oil, almonds, bread, cheese, capers and Gargano flavours. Mattinata is a town of artisans and producers: from the open-air dinner to the working oil mill, from the local shop to the neighbourhood market, the land is tasted by walking through the village lanes.
